Payroll Specialist (Part-Time) – Store-All Logistics
Location: Store-All HQ, Marine Point, Belview Port, Waterford
Hours: Part-Time – Two Days per Week

With continued growth across the business, we are now recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Marine Point, Belview Port.
About the Role
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent internal service to colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Processing weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
Acting as the main point of contact for payroll and employee pay queries
Managing changes including new starters, leavers, and employee updates
Applying taxes, Benefits in Kind (BIK), and pension deductions correctly
Uploading PSRs and processing payments via Revenue Online Service (ROS)
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures
Supporting payroll reporting, analysis, and reconciliations within the Finance team
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ payroll processing experience
Strong knowledge of Irish payroll and Revenue requirements
Experience using Sage Payroll (or similar payroll software)
IPASS qualification is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
