What You’ll Do
As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
Managing stock, operating forklifts, and maintaining warehouse equipment.
Delivering training to staff and supporting supervisors.
Ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO, and Health & Safety regulations.
Reporting on performance and coordinating workloads
What You’ll Bring
Essential: Counter Balance Certificate, basic computer skills, and teamwork ability.
Desirable: Reach Truck or Magaziner Certificate, GDP knowledge, and Health & Safety experience.
Flexibility and attention to detail to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
