What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock, operating forklifts, and maintaining warehouse equipment.

  • Delivering training to staff and supporting supervisors.

  • Ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO, and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Reporting on performance and coordinating workloads

What You’ll Bring

  • Essential: Counter Balance Certificate, basic computer skills, and teamwork ability.

  • Desirable: Reach Truck or Magaziner Certificate, GDP knowledge, and Health & Safety experience.

  • Flexibility and attention to detail to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
