What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out warehouse duties to the highest standard
Working as part of a team and following instructions from Supervisors/Team Leads
Communicating the importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with other warehouse operatives, suppliers, drivers, and transport providers
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining quality, health & safety standards, and good housekeeping
Following our “Listen, Solve and Deliver” approach to solving client logistics challenges
Responsibilities
Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
Operate Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Power Pallet Trucks etc
Load and unload goods safely
Pick, locate, and cycle count stock
Handball/re-palletise loads, as applicable
Maintain cleanliness and order (“clean as you go”)
Perform weekly MHE inspections, including upkeep of machinery
Skills, Training & Experience
Manual Handling certification
Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Power Pallet Truck experience (if applicable)
GDP and GMP experience
Strong Health & Safety compliance knowledge
Good IT skills, accurate data input, and attention to detail
Team player with a flexible approach to work
